You see the number before we open the file.
Every engagement is quoted as a fixed price against a written scope. No hourly rates, no open-ended invoices, no billing for the time it takes us to understand your data.

Hourly billing makes your budget unpredictable and quietly rewards slow work. We scope the job, agree a number, and absorb the risk if it takes longer than expected.
Scope, data volume, how many sources need connecting, and how clean the starting file is. A clear brief and tidy source data are the two biggest levers you control.
For project work, 50% up front and 50% on delivery. Quick fixes are billed once on completion. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
We quote the addition separately before doing it. No work happens outside an agreed scope, so an invoice never arrives with a surprise on it.

Send the file or describe the job. A written scope and a fixed price usually come back within one business day.
