Send us the broken file. We will tell you what happened.
Error repair is the fastest work we do — most files come back the same day, with a note explaining what caused the problem so it does not repeat.
Errors we repair every week
An error message is a symptom. #REF! means something the formula pointed at is gone; #N/A means a lookup came up empty; a total that quietly disagrees usually means two ranges drifted apart. We find the cause, not just the cell.
You get the repaired workbook plus a short written explanation. If the same fault is likely to reappear, we say so and quote separately for the structural fix.
#REF! and #NAME?
Deleted ranges, renamed sheets, broken external links and mistyped function names.
#VALUE! and #N/A
Text stored as numbers, stray spaces, mismatched data types, lookups pointing at the wrong column.
Circular references
Traced back to the loop and restructured so the calculation resolves properly.
Totals that do not tie
Range drift, hidden rows, duplicated records and filters left applied.

Yes. We sign NDAs, and for very sensitive files we can work on a version with values replaced but structure intact.
It is rarer than people expect. If genuine corruption has occurred we will tell you straight away and focus on recovering the data rather than billing for a rebuild.
